Who we are

Randomexecutive Heating & Air is a referral service. We help homeowners in West Palm Beach and the West Palm Beach area reach independent local providers for heating and cooling problems. We are not an HVAC company. We do not own trucks, send crews, or do repairs.

Why this site exists

When the AC dies in a humid summer, most people start searching. They read ads, scroll lists, and make phone calls that go nowhere. That takes time. The house keeps getting hotter.

We built this service around one idea: Less searching, sooner help. You tell us what is wrong. We point you to a provider who handles that kind of job.

How the match works

You call or send a request. You say what the system is doing. You share the type of home and the town.

Then you are pointed to a provider in our network that serves your area and works on that kind of system. Availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

Many providers can respond quickly. We can't promise a time, because each provider sets its own schedule.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to do a few basic things:

• Hold any license or registration the state or county requires
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Give a written quote before major work
• Show up when they say they will, or tell you if plans change
• Treat your home with care

Providers are responsible for their own work, prices, and permits.

What we do not do

We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result or a start time. We are not an insurance company, and we do not decide claims.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay Randomexecutive Heating & Air to be connected. The price of the work is between you and the provider. Ask for the total in writing.

Compare, then decide

You do not have to say yes to the first quote. Ask questions. Get a second opinion if you want one. A good provider will not rush you. If a repair costs close to the price of a new system, ask for both numbers side by side.
