How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Randomexecutive Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Randomexecutive Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Randomexecutive Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@randomexecutive.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
